Shipping policy

At BetterKind, we believe in a hands-on approach. We personally deliver our ranch-raised beef to ensure quality, while our supplements and skincare are shipped via standard carriers to get to you as quickly as possible.

1. Supplements & Skincare Shipping

For non-perishable items, we offer reliable shipping options across the United States.

  • Free Shipping: Free Economy Shipping is offered exclusively on all “Everyday Tallow Balm” & “Supplement” orders within the U.S.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Economy: 5–8 business days

    • Standard: 3–4 business days

    • Expedited: 1–2 business days

2. Order Processing

All non-beef orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If we expand services in the future, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team at contact@getbetterkind.com with your order number so we can assist you.
